REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register, complete the online form available at this link

Registration to the conference is mandatory for accepted papers to be included in the conference proceedings. This requires that the registration process and the registration fee payment are completed by October 1st, 2024.

One author registration can cover a maximum of two papers. Additional papers are subject to a fee of 120 € each.

If you are an author registering papers, their 4-digit ID numbers (available in the paper acceptance email) should be included in the registration form. 

 

REGISTRATION FEES

The DCIS 2024 registration fees include:

1 Full-time students enrolled in a college or university, please, send proof of your student status to dcis2024@unict.it.

2 The accompanying person fee applies to non-academic participants who are not paper or poster co-authors and enables them to attend the welcome reception, banquet dinner, and social event. Conference attendance, lunches and coffee breaks are not included in the accompanying person fee.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 All refund/cancellation requests must be received by email to dcis2024@unict.it before November 1st, 2024. There will be an administrative fee of 25 € deducted from each refund.

No refunds will be accepted if requested after November 1st, 2024.

A registered person can however be replaced without penalties by a substitute. Should that be the case, please, inform the DCIS 2024 organizing committee (dcis2024@unict.it ) as soon as possible. Reimbursements will be made after the conference.

 

REGISTRATION INVOICE

The online registration form allows requesting an invoice and entering the required information.

 

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

If you need a certificate of attendance, please send an email to dcis2024@unict.it .
